The centre offers long day care and early learning programs for children aged 0–6, and this permanent, full‑time Educator role sits within the Kinder room, supporting high‑quality, play‑based learning. Child‑centred, play‑based philosophy : Learning is guided by children's interests and developmental cues, with educators creating rich, play‑based experiences that support whole‑child development. Supportive and inclusive environment : Educators work in a warm, relationship‑focused setting where children are encouraged to explore, take safe risks, express themselves, and grow with confidence Strong community connection : The centre builds genuine partnerships with families and the wider community, valuing cultural identity and strengthening engagement through regular communication and online portfolios.
