Economic Acceleration Advisor - Dubai
Contract: 12-month rolling
Salary: up to AED 60,000/month + visa + medical insurance + annual leave (UAE labour law)
Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)

A high-impact strategic unit in Dubai working at the centre of the emirate's economic-growth agenda is hiring an Economic Advisor to identify, validate and scope high-value economic "unlocks" and drive them from problem to solution in rapid quarterly sprints.
This is a role for a top-tier strategy operator who thrives on pace, ambiguity and stakeholder-heavy problem-solving someone who can walk into a sector pain point, structure it, benchmark global best practice, design a viable solution, and secure buy-in from senior business owners to hand it over for implementation.
What you'll do
- Run research, expert calls and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand sector-specific challenges
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to validate pain points and scope the problem
- Benchmark comparable local and global solutions and best practices
- Design tailored, innovative, feasible solutions and pressure-test them with cross-functional teams
- Present recommendations and secure alignment and buy-in from senior stakeholders and business owners
- Facilitate clean handover to implementing partners, supported by a PMO team
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years in management consulting, economic policy, business analysis or a related field MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or Big Four strategy background strongly preferred
- Proven strength in project scoping, structured problem-solving, strategic analysis and solution design
- Strong grasp of economic-development trends, policy benchmarking and business-improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
