E&I Technician, is it time to power up your career in the Netherlands?
At Xelvin we connect skilled tradespeople with technical roles at strong Dutch companies. And we don’t just place you and wish you luck. We help with the whole move: visa and paperwork, housing, Dutch lessons and settling in at work.
Right now I’m looking for an experienced E&I Technical Specialist who is dedicated and ready to take the next step in their career.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain, manage and improve electrical and instrumentation systems
- Analyse faults and solve them structurally, together with technicians and engineers
- Assess and supervise maintenance and modification work
- Help improve the reliability and safety of the installations
- Keep schematics, settings and technical documentation up to date
What I’m looking for:
- A trade qualification in Electrical or Instrumentation (Trade Test, N6 or Diploma)
- Proven E&I experience, ideally in power generation, petrochem, mining or heavy industry
- Strong analytical and fault-finding skills
- A structured, safety-first way of working
- Fluent English
What you get:
- A 1–2 year contract, with the aim of long-term employment
- From €3500,00 - € 4500,00 gross per month
- 25 paid holidays plus possible ADV days
- 8.33% holiday allowance, paid every May
- Overtime and shift allowances under Dutch regulations
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- A full relocation package, visa sponsorship and support for your spouse where applicable
- Dutch lessons and help with housing and admin
I know moving countries is a big decision. That’s why we stay with you every step, from the first conversation to your first day on the job.
Is this you, or do you know an E&I Technician who’d be a great fit? Send me your CV or drop me a message! I look forward to hearing from you.
