We are looking for Process, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation and other technical Engineers who enjoy solving problems, developing solutions and making a difference through engineering.

You could be a good fit if you:

🔹 Hold a valid EU / Dutch passport or already have the right to work in the Netherlands

🔹 Have good English communication skills

🔹 Hold a Bachelor's Degree, BEng, BTech, technical Diploma or equivalent engineering qualification

🔹 Have experience in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Process / Automation / Industrial Engineering or a related field

🔹 Have worked in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, high-tech, automotive, pharmaceuticals, food production, logistics, maritime or other technical industries

🔹 Have experience in technical design, engineering projects, process improvement, maintenance, automation, system integration or commissioning

🔹 Can work with relevant engineering software, technical drawings, specifications or control systems within your specialisation

🔹 Enjoy analysing technical challenges, developing solutions and working with multidisciplinary teams

🔹 Are motivated to explore new opportunities and build a long-term career in the Netherlands

What can you expect from Xelvin?

🔹 Competitive salary of €3,800 – €6,500 gross per month, depending on experience and position

🔹 Full-time employment (40 hours per week)

🔹 25 paid holidays + possible ADV days

🔹 8.33% holiday allowance, paid annually in May

🔹 Overtime and shift allowances where applicable

🔹 Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

🔹 Relocation assistance and practical guidance

🔹 Support with housing and administrative arrangements

🔹 Dutch language lessons where applicable
