Emergency Room RN - Full-Time | Per-Diem

Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center , a critical access hospital in northeastern California. This role is ideal for experienced ER nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to support patients through urgent and emergent situations. Full-time positions include comprehensive benefits, while per diem roles offer flexible scheduling. Candidates should be comfortable working variable shifts, including weekends and holidays . What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care and closely monitor patient conditions Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams Respond quickly to emergency situations and changing priorities Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment What We’re Looking For Active California RN license Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience (required) Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented Why Join This Team?
