Flexible Scheduling: Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle.

• Full-time: 12-15 overnight shifts per month
• Part-time: 4-10 overnight shifts per month
• Schedules posted well in advance

Grow Your ER Career: Access structured mentorship, CE support, and Encore's Veterinary Impact Practicum (VIP) development program.

Supported, Not Solo: Work with a close-knit team that values collaboration, communication, and continuous learning.

Competitive Compensation

• Base salary: $150,000-$180,000+
• Salary and ProSal options available
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

What We're Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent) licensed or eligible to practice in the U.S.
• Passion for emergency medicine
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Experienced ER veterinarians and those interested in transitioning into ER are encouraged to apply
