You role

As an End User Technologies Engineer – Plan & Build, you will help shape and improve Clarios’ global endpoint technology environment, ensuring devices are secure, compliant, reliable, and easy to use.

You will work with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint technologies across Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS, while acting as a Level 3 technical expert for complex endpoint and mobility topics. You will also contribute to our global End User Technologies strategy and drive automation and continuous improvement across the digital workplace.

Interested what will be your tasks?

• Manage and optimize enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Intune and other modern device management technologies.
• Support the global endpoint technology strategy, roadmap, standards, and future-state architecture.
• Act as an L3 technical expert, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance to operational and Field IT teams.
• Support the complete device lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Design and improve modern device deployment and Out of Box Experience (OOBE) solutions.
• Ensure endpoint solutions meet security, compliance, encryption, patching, and access-control requirements.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Drive automation and process improvements using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and related technologies.
• Ensure new endpoint solutions are properly documented and transitioned into operational teams.
• Collaborate with international IT teams to establish consistent global standards while supporting regional and plant-specific requirements.

What kind of energy are we looking for?

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, end-user computing, enterprise device management, or a comparable IT role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, deployment, patching, hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting complex endpoint and mobility issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and experience working across international teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing Android, iOS, and macOS devices.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with Azure Automation or related Azure services.
• Knowledge of other MDM solutions, such as SOTI MobiControl.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve automation, documentation, troubleshooting, and productivity.

The starting salary is at min 3 400 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
