Endur Trading SME / Consultant

Location: UAE Full relocation support for candidates moving to the UAE

We are seeking an experienced Endur Trading SME (Senior Manager) to join a major energy trading transformation programme in the UAE. This role will play a key part in shaping trading solutions, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring best-in-class utilisation of Endur across front-office and risk functions.

You will act as a trusted advisor across trading, risk, and technology teams—bringing deep functional expertise in Endur and commodity trading processes to support critical business decisions and system optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in Openlink Endur, advising on capabilities, configuration, and best practices
Collaborate with front-office, risk, and IT stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements
Support solution design and validation, ensuring alignment with trading workflows
Design and execute test scenarios across the full trade lifecycle
Review and challenge front-office and risk-related changes
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams
Contribute to Endur implementations and enhancements, ensuring strong business outcomes

Required Experience & Skills

10-14 years of Openlink Endur experience with strong functional expertise
Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across commodities
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience in requirements gathering, solution validation, and testing
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
Basic understanding of Endur configuration and validation

Preferred Experience

Multi-commodity experience (e.g. oil, gas, LNG, power)
Strong understanding of risk metrics, P&L, and valuation concepts
Experience working on Endur implementations or transformation programmes
Familiarity with SQL or scripting for analysis and validation
Proven examples of delivering business improvements through Endur expertise
