We are currently looking for an Engineering Associate Trainee to join our Engineering team.

Location: Karacabey

Type of contract:  Temporary (10 Months)

As a Engineering Associate Trainee, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity.

• Support the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems in line with Nestlé standards and site requirements.

• Support the preparing and maintaining regular reports related to maintenance activities, utilities performance and compliance requirements according to Nestlé standards.

• Provide assistance support to electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities.

• Support factory internal audits by preparing required technical documentation, following action plans and contributing to compliance improvements.

Which profile are we looking for?

• University degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical Engineering etc.)

• Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of work experience in related operations (Technical, Maintenance,Automation…)

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Good MS Office skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Competent in analyzing, problem solving, planning, organization and teamwork

• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and willing to work multitask with cross functional departments
