Lead Innovation : You will lead a Core Modelling team, building the foundational CAD engine that defines the Shapr3D user experience across all platforms. What you’ll do Regularly review and challenge engineering design documents, fostering an environment of collaborative problem-solving. Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on continuously delivering world-class products to our customers. Contribute to strategic planning and execution as an integral part of the Engineering Leadership Team. Act as a role model, championing leadership behaviors and cultivating a motivated, high-achieving team culture. What you’ll bring Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Development Lead for a C++ team. Deep understanding across a wide spectrum of software engineering fundamentals (computer architecture, operating systems, computer science, and algorithms). Track record of building and scaling high-quality, high-throughput engineering teams. Hands-on C++ development experience. A product-first mindset, driven by user needs and data, with a commitment to continuous learning and ownership. Experience with CAD is a significant advantage. A sneak peek into our stack...
