Job Posting External Job Duties: Crown Equipment is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead systems and software development for vehicle products. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and hands-on engineering support. Lead and manage a systems and software engineering team (systems, software, electrical engineers, and technical leads) Plan, resource, and supervise product development projects to meet quality, cost, and schedule goals Provide technical guidance and contribute directly to engineering and design challenges as needed Ensure designs meet product requirements and company/industry standards through reviews and testing Champion new product development, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement Collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, customer-focused solutions Communicate project status, priorities, and expectations to leadership and stakeholders Develop and mentor team members through performance management and talent development Perform other duties as assigned Visit YouTube to learn more about Crown Equipment – Defining the Future of Material Handling Internal Title: Group Leader Systems and Software Onsite Work: A reasonable commute is necessary for this fully onsite position.
