In this role, you will coordinate the implementation of technical projects at P&G’s Novomoskovsk plant—from identifying needs and selecting solutions through execution and results evaluation. You will work with stakeholders, plant teams, and external contractors. Your work will help ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed requirements, budgets, and schedules, supporting the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess technical solutions based on project requirements, technical feasibility, cost, and expected outcomes.
• Define project implementation plans, develop work schedules, and monitor progress.
• Work with stakeholders to align requirements and solutions and coordinate project participants.
• Plan and monitor project budgets, track spending, and promptly flag potential variances.
• Oversee the quality of engineering design documentation and construction and installation works, ensuring compliance with agreed requirements and standards.
• Coordinate procurement processes, including equipment and contractor selection, preparation of procurement documentation, and organization of purchases.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from RUB 240,000 gross

Job Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to Novomoskovsk, Tula region, with company support.
• Engineering degree and experience working in a manufacturing environment or logistics warehouse.
• Project management experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Knowledge of Russian legislation governing construction and installation works, and machine safety requirements.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, 1C, or similar systems.
• Project management certifications.
