We are looking for a ELA Teacher for a bilingual school based in Beijing. Job responsibilities Teach the ELA to G6-8 students utilizing IB MYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Requirements Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred Experience in a MYP classroom Valid teaching certificate or proof of qualified teacher status Experience working in a bilingual setting preferred Salary and benefits Monthly salary range of 30,000 to 40,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of up to 10,000 RMB Annual round-trip airfare home up to 8,000 RMB International health insurance Free education for dependent children Free breakfast and lunch Residence and work permit sponsored
