English-Spanish Tutor | Bilingual Language Instructor | Corporate Language Coach | Jobs in Dubai About the Role: Our client, Orion Funded , is seeking a skilled English-Spanish Tutor to improve the English communication skills of their Spanish-speaking team. The role involves working closely with 15 to 25 employees, delivering structured training sessions to enhance English fluency for business and professional use. Candidates may work remotely at first but must be willing to relocate to Dubai within six months. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging English language lessons tailored for Spanish-speaking professionals. Provide training sessions two times a week for each employee (15 to 25 members). Assess learners needs and design lesson plans to improve fluency, vocabulary, and business communication. Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to individual and group requirements. Encourage interactive and practical learning to strengthen speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Collaborate with management to ensure training objectives align with corporate communication needs. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as an English Teacher / Tutor (corporate training experience preferred). Highly proficient in Spanish (at least 80%, ideally native level) . Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to adapt to adult learners. Must be willing to relocate to Dubai after 6 months if initially hired on a remote basis. Professional, patient, and results-oriented teaching approach. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary up to AED 10,000 (tax-free). Remote work option for the first 6 months.
