What if you could join one of Wisconsin’s most established ENT practices, walk into strong patient demand, and build an exceptionally rewarding career while living in one of the Midwest’s most livable communities? A premier, long-standing, highly respected ENT organization with 56 years of experience, is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded General Otolaryngologist who wants clinical autonomy, significant surgical volume, and the opportunity to become a partner after just one year. You’ll join an established team with 8 Otolaryngologists, 1 Allergist/Immunologist, 7 APPs, and 12 Audiologists, seeing approximately 20–25 patients per day while maintaining a typical 4–4.5-day workweek.

Professional Highlights

  • Established private practice with 56 years in the area– Join a highly respected regional ENT organization with deep community roots, strong referral relationships, and significant demand.
  • Opportunity driven by growth + pending retirement – Step into a practice with an immediate need and an established patient base rather than starting from scratch.
  • True partnership opportunity – Become eligible for partnership after just one year, giving you a clear path toward long-term ownership and investment in the practice.
  • Exceptional earning potential – with current physicians earning approximately $650K–$1.1M and a 2025 team average of $780K.
  • Established patient demand – See approximately 20–25 patients per day with strong referral demand and a mature practice infrastructure.
  • 4 – 4.5-day workweek – Typically spend 1–1.5 days in the OR with the remainder in clinic, creating an excellent balance between surgical volume and outpatient care.
  • Broad General ENT opportunity – Treat adult and pediatric patients while maintaining flexibility to develop a subspecialty interest and expand your surgical volume.
  • Comprehensive ENT services under one roof – Practice alongside expertise in medical/surgical otolaryngology, facial plastics, audiology, hearing aids, allergy, sleep-related ENT, in-office procedures, and surgical ENT.
  • Strong multidisciplinary team – Work alongside 8 ENT physicians, 1 Allergist/Immunologist, 7 APPs, and 12 Audiologists, providing an exceptional depth of clinical support.
  • Shared hospital call – General ENT hospital call is shared equally among the partners, helping keep the call burden equitable.
  • Modern technology & infrastructure – Benefit from updated facilities and technology across the organization, allowing you to focus on medicine rather than outdated infrastructure.
  • Strong ancillary support – On-site audiology and full in-office ancillary services provide a comprehensive patient experience and additional clinical resources.
  • Comprehensive benefits – Health, vision, dental, 401(k), 6 weeks PTO, CME assistance, and malpractice/tail coverage.
  • Recruitment incentives – sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a one-year base guarantee.
  • Student loan assistance – Opportunity for up to $50K in student loan forgiveness.
  • New graduates welcome – The group is open to new graduates looking for the right private-practice environment
