Paid training, then a 12-month analyst role with a Big Four firm
Revature is hiring entry level Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Analysts for the financial crime team at a Big Four accounting firm in Orlando, Florida. No prior AML, finance, or compliance experience is required, and your degree can be in any subject.
You start as a Revature employee in full-time paid training on December 21, 2026. Training is remote, so you do not need to move to start.
In February 2027, once you have completed training and passed the final assessment, you join our client's delivery hub in Orlando.
PAID TRAINING - REMOTE
- 5 weeks, full time: four weeks of training plus a final week preparing for and taking the client assessment
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
- Paid at the applicable minimum wage for your location
- Curriculum built with our client, using real case scenarios
- Delivered remotely, so you do not need to move until training is over
THE CLIENT ROLE - ORLANDO, ON SITE
- Starts February 2027
- $24.00 an hour, with overtime at $36.00. Estimated first-year pay of $50,000 to $54,000
- On site in the Lake Nona area of Orlando, 5 days a week, around 45 hours
- A path to Senior Analyst and beyond
- From February you become an employee of our client's delivery hub. The role runs for 12 months, with the opportunity to become a permanent employee of theirs
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE DOING
Money laundering is how the proceeds of fraud, trafficking and organized crime get turned into ordinary-looking money. Banks are required to find it, and most cannot do it alone. That is the work you would be joining.
A transaction gets flagged, you work out whether it looks suspicious, and you write up what you found. You learn the tools and the patterns as you go.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A bachelor's degree or higher, in any field. No specific major required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Available to begin full-time paid training on December 21, 2026
- Willing to relocate to Orlando, Florida after remote training, or already living in the Orlando area
- Able to pass Revature's problem-solving and logical reasoning assessment
RELOCATION SUPPORT
We help you find somewhere to live, working with apartment communities near the office that we have already checked. You also get a one-time relocation payment of $1,000 to $2,000 depending on distance.
You will not be arriving alone. You start with a cohort who train together for five weeks before anyone moves, and you join the client on the same day.
BENEFITS
- Medical coverage and a 401(k) are available through our client once you join them in February
- A dedicated engagement team supporting you throughout the program
- Experience that transfers across banking, compliance and risk
HOW IT WORKS
- Apply. It takes about three minutes.
- Complete a short online assessment, sent to you by email.
- Speak with a Revature recruiter.
- If selected, receive your offer and begin paid training on December 21.
