The QA analysis job description encompasses two main roles: testing and documentation. After software developers complete software programming, quality assurance analysts test it. They use a variety of tools, testing applications and reports to compare the software to user requirements. They ensure that the software functions according to those requirements. After testing, quality assurance analysts recommend changes and improvements for software. They work with developers to make the appropriate changes and then test everything all over again. Quality assurance analysts document the entire quality testing process. They describe the program, evaluation, testing methods, and any improvements made to the software. Because quality assurance analysts work so closely with the software, they often create training materials and instruct users how to use the software properly. BS in Biomedical Engineering/ BS in Chemical Engineering/ Computer Science/ MS Computer Science/ BBA/ MBA/ Engineering degree required from an accredited university or college Required Skills:- Good knowledge of Java, Python, C++, PHP, JavaScript, Ruby, etc. Excellent writing/documentation, communication, analysis and organizational skills required. Ability to multitask and collaborate with different teams to prioritize work. A curious and sceptical tester's mindset. Knowledge of Service Based Business model would be beneficial.
