Position Overview Job Title: Software Tester (AI Feature QA) Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, but may be substituted by relevant work experience 0-3 years of experience in the software testing (entry-level candidates welcome — prior experience is a plus, but not required) Location Plano, TX Benefits Medical Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision) H1B/Green Card Sponsorship for qualified employee Hands-on experience at global industry leader Samsung Opportunities for career advancement Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (relevant work experience can substitute for educational requirements) 0–3 years of experience in software testing; no prior experience required — training will be provided Strong attention to detail — able to follow test procedures precisely, catch subtle defects, and document results accurately Strong sense of responsibility and ownership — reliable in completing assigned testing on schedule and seeing issues through to resolution Korean-English bilingual ability is a strong plus Interest in or familiarity with AI-powered mobile features is a plus Experience in mobile/network QA testing is a plus Knowledge of mobile technologies, operating systems, and testing tools is a plus Primary Duties and Responsibilities Perform functional testing of AI-powered features on mobile devices, verifying that core AI functions operate accurately, consistently, and as designed Execute test cases across various scenarios, languages, and conditions to validate AI feature quality and usability Detect, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies with clear, reproducible steps Analyze testing results and submit detailed reports to the development team Create test designs, processes, cases, and test-product documentation Ensure that testing is carried out per the defined standards and procedures Collaborate closely with other team members and departments Perform software testing in all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain software life cycle Skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player with good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Our team of highly experienced developers offer a wide range of mobile application and software development positions.
