As an EPLAN Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and further developing the EPLAN engineering environment. You will create reliable configurations, structure engineering data, and establish consistent working methods that support engineers in their daily activities. Working closely with engineering teams, you will provide EPLAN support and guidance while identifying opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate engineering processes.

Tasks

Build and optimize EPLAN configurations, macros, templates, and libraries;
Organize component data, project structures, and engineering reports;
Work with EPLAN P8, ProPanel, Preplanning, and eBuild;
Improve data exchange between EPLAN and other engineering and business systems;
Help engineers use EPLAN effectively and introduce improved working methods;
Turn engineering needs into practical EPLAN solutions;
Identify opportunities for automation and smarter engineering processes.

Job requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional EPLAN experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Excellent knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8 and ProPanel
Experience with eBuild would be beneficial
Understanding of electrical engineering workflows and technical data
Interest in scripting, automation, and process improvement
Strong analytical and communication skills
