Mechatronics
Maintenance / Field Engineer
■ Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining processing equipment used in automotive parts (for Toyota Motor Corporation, JTEKT, etc.) and industrial vehicle parts (for Toyota Industries, etc.).
The reason there are no night shifts is because we conduct regular inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns.
【in particular】
I am mainly in charge of 80 machine tools.
First, we will make improvements to cancel the alarms on the machine tools, and gradually work with the equipment manufacturer to find ways to stop the alerts from being issued. Many of the machines are relatively new.
The work breakdown is approximately 10% inspection, 30% repair, 50% improvement, and 10% other.
