Position Overview

We are seeking qualified Emergency Department (ER/ED) Registered Nurses (USRNs) to join an acute care hospital team in the United States. This opportunity is open to internationally trained nurses who are prepared to transition into the U.S. healthcare system and bring strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and emergency nursing experience to a fast-paced Emergency Department.

This role is ideal for nurses with recent emergency care experience who thrive in high-acuity environments and are seeking long-term career growth within a supportive U.S. healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages presenting with a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies
  

• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring
  

• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions
  

• Collaborate with emergency physicians, advanced practice providers, EMS personnel, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  

• Assist with trauma cases, cardiac emergencies, resuscitations, and other critical situations as appropriate
  

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation while adhering to hospital policies, safety standards, and U.S. nursing regulations
  

• Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and coordination of care
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Internationally trained Registered Nurse
  

• Active U.S. RN license (USRN)
  

• NCLEX-RN passed
  

• Minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Department (ER/ED) bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital
  

• Experience caring for high-acuity, critically ill, or trauma patients preferred
  

• Strong English communication and critical thinking skills
  

• Ability to adapt to U.S. healthcare workflows, electronic health records, and evidence-based clinical standards
  

• Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification required or obtainable upon hire (PALS and TNCC preferred where applicable)
