Medical Surgical RN

Position Overview

We are seeking qualified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (USRNs) to join an acute care hospital team in the United States. This opportunity is open to internationally trained nurses who are prepared to transition into the U.S. healthcare system and bring strong clinical experience, adaptability, and patient-centered care to a fast-paced Med-Surg environment.

This role is ideal for nurses with solid bedside experience who are looking for long-term stability, professional growth, and a supportive clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult Medical-Surgical patients in an acute care setting
  
• Perform patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and documentation
  
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
  
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and U.S. nursing regulations
  
• Support patient education and discharge planning
  

• Internationally trained Registered Nurse
  
• Active U.S. RN license (USRN)
  
• NCLEX-RN passed
  
• Minimum of 2 years of current bedside nursing experience (Medical-Surgical or acute care required)
  
• Strong English communication skills
  
• Ability to adapt to U.S. healthcare workflows, electronic charting, and clinical standards
