At Exness, we are not just a leading trading broker—we’ve reimagined what it takes to be a leader. With 2,000+ people across 13 countries, we combine scale, care, and real tech to make trading better for over a million clients globally.

Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.

Why this role matters

Own the creative development and delivery of corporate events for employees and company stakeholders, including celebrations, conferences, and engagement events. Translate company objectives and key messages into a concept, audience journey, content, and visual direction; coordinate creative specialists across physical and digital touchpoints. Partner with the event manager and technical director on schedule, budget, production, and safe delivery.

The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus office. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

  • Interpret company objectives, key messages, and audience needs; develop the event concept, narrative, mood, and guest journey for corporate audiences.
  • Prepare concepts, references, presentations, and creative rationale for stakeholder review and approval.
  • Write clear briefs and coordinate designers, copywriters, art directors, video and motion teams, musicians, performers, and other creatives within the event team.
  • Set creative milestones, give specific feedback, and maintain consistent quality across deliverables without direct line management.
  • Direct the creative use of digital screens, video, motion graphics, projection mapping, interactive installations, event websites, and other digital event touchpoints.
  • Review layouts, storyboards, prototypes, and content for visual quality, usability, accessibility, brand consistency, and technical feasibility with specialist teams.
  • Oversee corporate event scripts, show content, scenography, décor, installations, performances, and branded assets from brief through final files and rehearsals.
  • Coordinate rights, source materials, formats, and approval requirements with the relevant internal teams and suppliers.
  • Plan creative deliverables, specialist resources, production dependencies, and review rounds against the event schedule and approved budget.
  • Flag scope, cost, and timing changes early; coordinate purchasing and contracts with the event manager and procurement owners.
  • Review designs and production samples, approve creative outputs within delegated authority, and verify that installations and content match the approved concept.
  • Attend rehearsals and key build stages; resolve creative issues on site with operations and technical specialists.
  • Work with the general producer, event manager, technical director, People, Internal Communications, Brand, Marketing, and PR teams to align the creative approach with company goals and approved messages.
  • Explain creative choices clearly, incorporate feedback, and document decisions and approvals.\
  • Review employee and stakeholder feedback, audience engagement, and the quality of final delivery; identify improvements for future company events.
  • Follow relevant event, digital design, and entertainment trends and share practical ideas with the team.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years in creative production of corporate events, experiential marketing, design, advertising, or related fields, with a portfolio demonstrating concepts and delivered work.
  • Experience developing creative work for large-scale events and international audiences; experience with events of 1,000+ guests is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital design principles, visual storytelling, typography, layout, motion design, and digital content formats for screens and event environments.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Miro for briefs, reviews, and collaboration; ability to review work produced in Adobe Creative Cloud and understand 3D, video, projection, and interactive design workflows.
  • Ability to assess digital concepts for accessibility, audience usability, brand consistency, and technical feasibility; sound creative scheduling and budget awareness.
  • Strong creative judgment, clear presentation and feedback skills, attention to detail, and ability to turn abstract objectives into executable ideas.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary specialists, balance stakeholder feedback with creative coherence, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher; confident communication with international stakeholders, suppliers, creative specialists, and technical teams.
  • Experience adapting creative work for multicultural employee groups, VIP guests, and other corporate audiences.
