The Role

As Executive Director, you will have overall responsibility for the successful leadership and performance of the community, ensuring the highest standards of resident satisfaction, operational delivery, team engagement and financial performance.

You will:

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across the community's operations.
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, profitability and budgetary performance.
• Develop, mentor and retain a high-performing leadership team.
• Champion a resident-first culture, promoting dignity, choice, wellbeing and outstanding service.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, safety and risk management.
• Oversee sales, marketing and community relations, supporting sustainable occupancy and growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees and external stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery, operational efficiency and resident experience.
• Foster a positive, accountable and values-led organisational culture.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional leader with:

• Proven Executive Director, Executive Director of Senior Living or equivalent senior operational leadership experience.
• A strong background in senior living, assisted living, independent living, memory care or a relevant combination of these environments.
• Demonstrable success in occupancy growth, financial performance, team retention and operational improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting and performance optimisation.
• A track record of building effective teams and developing future leaders.
• A commitment to quality, compliance, resident experience and service excellence.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and decision-making skills.

Relevant state licensing, administrator credentials and regulatory experience will be required where applicable to the community and its care services.
