Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute horticultural projects

- Supervise and train horticultural staff

- Monitor plant health and growth

- Implement pest and disease control measures

- Maintain horticultural equipment and tools

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field

- Proven experience in horticultural management

- Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
