Run production for our biggest market, from the ground

The Middle East is Beautiful Destinations' largest market, and it's about to get bigger. We want the person who owns how that work gets made to be in Dubai, in the room with clients and on set when it counts.

You'll lead delivery on our largest client relationship, run our biggest campaigns in the region and work with the best creators in our network. And you'll help shape how a content company built on creators and technology makes work at scale.

We are Beautiful Destinations

Beautiful Destinations is a multi-award-winning travel marketing company built where travel, the creator community and technology meet. We started as an Instagram account in 2012. Today we reach a community of 50M+ travelers and work with a network of 500+ creators, filmmakers and storytellers around the world.

We partner with tourism boards, hotel groups and travel brands to make content that works across the whole traveler journey, from the first spark of discovery to the moment someone books. Behind it sits an AI-enabled content platform and more than a decade of our own travel performance data.

Human creativity and authentic storytelling come first. Always. Technology is how we scale them.

The role

You'll be BD's senior production and delivery leader in the Middle East.

Your portfolio centers on a year-round program of work for our largest client: an always-on creator academy running alongside a slate of flagship campaigns each year. On top of that, you'll own the productions global hotel groups and travel brands bring to Dubai and the wider region.

On a given week you might be checking in with the Lead Producer running the academy, standing beside a senior client on a campaign shoot, scoping a campaign that landed yesterday and shaping a proposal for one that hasn't been sold yet. Every project starts with you once the sale is done. You set the timing plan, the scope, the budget and the approach, then bring in the right producer and let them run.

Once a plan and budget are locked, the production is yours. You make the calls on spend, timing and contracts, and you're the person people turn to when a live production needs experience and a calm head.

And you'll think past the current job. Why sign location managers quarter by quarter when an annual deal would work harder? Where should we use freelance producers, and where do we need permanent ones? How do we move footage around the world? You'll bring those answers, and you'll use your own clients as the test bed.

The success of every BD production is scored on simple questions. Would the client recommend us? Did we make cinematic content that stops people in their tracks, or social content that moves them to act? Did we use process, technology or AI to get ahead of the competition? Your job is to keep those scores rising across everything you touch.

What you'll do

  • Own delivery of our Middle East program of work, keeping the always-on academy running without a hitch and overseeing 2 to 3 campaigns at a time.
  • Turn every newly sold project into a plan: brief, timing, scope, budget and production approach, before handing it to the right producer.
  • Lead, coach and back up the Lead Producers and producers running day-to-day delivery, stepping in when a production needs you and stepping back when it doesn't.
  • Be the trusted delivery partner for senior clients, on calls, in leadership meetings and on shoot days.
  • Think across the whole program. Move budget where it does most good, build longer-term supplier deals, and give us a clear view on how the team should be shaped.
  • Deliver great work at strong margins, with a clear read on budgets, actuals and which decisions create or erode value.
  • Work with Creative and Creators to pick the right creators for each brief, and hold a point of view on the work itself.
  • Run feasibility, permitting, insurance and compliance across the region, knowing where the risks are before anyone gets on a plane.
  • Lead your own initiatives to move BD forward, from AI prompt packs that keep 30 editors on-brand to automating release forms and rethinking how footage is stored and shared.

What you'll bring

We care more about the experience in your years than the years of experience. Around 10 years in production is a good guide, but if you've tackled more in 8 years than most do in 15, we want to hear from you. If you're a senior producer ready to step up to EP, this could be that move.

  • You know the craft. You've come up through production and know the best way to make great work on budget.
  • You're operationally sharp. You can write an estimate, a proposal and a timing plan that actually holds, and push a project through a business without it stalling.
  • You're confident with clients. You present solutions clearly, understand what the client is worried about and set up feedback so it helps the work.
  • You've owned a program of work, beyond single productions, and thought about it commercially: where money sits, where it should move and what the next year needs.
  • You've led and developed other producers and made them better.
  • You have a view on the work. You won't write the script, but you'll know which creator fits the concept and when something on screen doesn't feel right.
  • You've made cinematic hero films and social-first, always-on content, and you understand how they work together from discovery through to booking.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI and technology in production, and you have examples of using it to make work faster, better or cheaper.
  • You've worked in production companies, creator-led studios or social-first agencies, where pace and flexibility matter as much as rigor.

Experience shooting in the GCC is a real advantage. Experience in Saudi Arabia, one of the region's more complex markets, even more so.

Is this you?

You'll love this role if you want ownership, move fast and get a kick out of fixing the way work gets made as well as making it.

It probably won't suit you if you'd rather stay a line producer focused on the next shoot, if you want tightly drawn boundaries around your job, or if you're sceptical about what AI can do for production.
