Our flagship title is OneState, the first fully-fledged life simulator for mobile. It delivers uncompromising realism, supports 700+ players on a single server, and features some of the highest-quality 3D graphics on the market. The game has surpassed 40M installs and 50K+ concurrent players — and this is just the beginning.

We’re now looking for a Producer Meta to take ownership of the Meta direction in OneState and drive its development in close collaboration with a cross-functional team.

The role covers the product areas beyond Gameplay and Monetization, including meta-systems, progression, social mechanics, engagement, and other systems that shape the long-term player experience and product growth.

Expectations

What you will be doing

• Design and develop meta systems that drive long-term player engagement and progression.
• Develop long-term meta gameplay — work on player motivation, meta-progression, and systems that create sustainable engagement with the product.
• Work with core economic loops within a large-scale Open World project.
• Shape and evolve the Meta roadmap — prioritize initiatives, define tasks, and drive execution together with a cross-functional team.
• Drive discovery and explore new solutions — analyze player behavior, identify opportunities to evolve the meta gameplay, and validate product hypotheses.
  
  

What we want to see

• 1+ year of experience as a Producer or Product Owner in the gaming industry.
• Strong product mindset — ability to identify growth opportunities, formulate and validate hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps — ability to translate business and product goals into clear priorities for the team.
• High level of autonomy and strong ownership — ability to take responsibility for outcomes and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Cross-functional leadership experience — ability to align Product, Game Design, Development, Analytics, and other functions around shared goals and priorities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills — ability to structure team workflows, gather insights and hypotheses from multiple sources, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and implementation cost.
• Fluent Russian

• Experience working on mobile games
