Key Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and department standards Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify concerns Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC Communicate findings and additional service needs with Service Advisors Provide accurate time estimates for repairs Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Qualifications Prior automotive technician experience required Diagnostics, electrical, engine repair is a plus Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate diagnostic equipment Must have finished at least High School.
