About MARE Properties

MARE Properties is a Dubai real estate brokerage based in Business Bay, built on trust, market knowledge, and results. We're growing fast and looking for experienced agents who are ready to join, close deals, and start earning.

Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan projects from Dubai's top developers to investors and end-users

• Present payment plans, launches, and investment opportunities with confidence

• Guide clients from first enquiry through booking, SPA, and handover

• Build strong relationships with investors, buyers, and developer sales teams

• Stay on top of new launches, pricing, and market trends

• Represent the MARE brand professionally at all times

• Work with our marketing team to promote your listings and personal brand

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for success

• Dubai off-plan experience is a plus. Ambitious freshers are welcome

• Professional, presentable, client-focused attitude

• All nationalities and languages welcome. Multilingual candidates are a strong asset
