Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

Conduct property viewings and recommend suitable options based on client needs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with Persian-speaking clients, investors, and international buyers.

Advise clients on Dubai’s real estate market, property valuations, and investment opportunities.

Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Develop your property portfolio and generate new business opportunities.

Stay up to date with UAE real estate regulations and market trends.
Requirements

Language Skills: Fluency in Persian/Farsi and English is required.

Sales & Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Team Player: Positive attitude, organized, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.

Driving & Mobility: A valid UAE driving licence and access to a car are preferred.

Location: Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
