MARE Properties is a Dubai real estate brokerage based in Business Bay, built on trust, market knowledge, and results. We're growing fast and looking for a proven leader to build and run an off-plan team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow an off-plan sales team

• Set targets and drive team performance and daily activity

• Close high-value off-plan deals with Dubai's top developers

• Guide your team's clients from enquiry through booking, SPA, and handover

• Build strong relationships with developer sales teams and investors

• Keep your team ahead on new launches, pricing, and market trends

• Represent the MARE brand professionally at all times

• Work with our marketing team to promote your team and your personal brand

Qualifications

• Proven Dubai off-plan sales experience

• Track record leading and motivating a sales team

• Ability to bring 5 agents with you to join MARE

• Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills

• Target-driven, results-focused, and professional

• Valid UAE driving licence

• All nationalities and languages welcome. Multilingual candidates are a strong asset
