• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or luxury sales
• Experience engaging investors and converting leads into transactions
• Strong property presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable properties
• Proven record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• European language skills preferred
