Primary Location: China (CN) - Tianjin - Tianjin Function: Factory Engineering (CA) Title: Fabrication ME Supervisor - 123612 Your Position: Major Duties Lead the Fabrication ME team to support production or product development to ensure Enterprise Product Delivery Process or Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process goals are met (e.g. safety, quality, cost, schedule, etc.). Lead the Fabrication ME team to support production line to do trouble shooting on any process issue to ensure manufacturing quality and efficiency. Continuously optimize machining and welding process through data analysis. Lead the Fabrication ME team to continuously improve quality and productivity for existing products by renovation and modification on current process and tooling fixture to meet production requirement. Identify and implement current and future manufacturing and technology needs and ensure that are aligned with the factory manufacturing strategies. Conduct cost control and budget planning activities in the responsible area, and continuously improve the cost related. Performs the duties related to performance management, succession planning, training, and development of direct reports; Motivate, inspire, and supervise manufacturing engineers to achieve set goals. Other jobs assigned by the superior Required 5-10 years ME supervisor experience (Welding and Machining experience preferred) Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, tooling and tool design in welding and machining Demonstrate experience on process documentation; including PFMEA/Control plan/SOE/Process capability analyze/line balance/cycle time study etc. Good English command for both of reading and speaking.
