POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Join leading facade teams delivering complex, design-driven building envelopes. Ideal for mid to senior engineers looking to step up technically and take on more ownership across projects and client interaction. Ideally looking to fill two roles - one mid-level and one senior-level.

DUTIES:

• Design diverse facade systems including curtain wall and bespoke glazing.
• Perform structural analysis for wind, seismic, and dead loads.
• Model thermal performance, solar glare, and waterproofing details.
• Analyse condensation risk, dew points, and building envelope moisture.
• Ensure strict compliance with Australian fire and sustainability standards.
• Oversee material selection for durability and lifecycle performance.
• Review technical drawings, calculations, and contractor submissions.
• Coordinate designs with architects, clients and multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality and defects.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years experience as a facade engineer in a consultancy environment
• Strong facade design capability and experience reviewing submissions
• Knowledge of various facade materials and associated constraints
• Experience with structural and facade analysis software, Strand7, Window, Therm
• Solid communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
