Facilities Project Manager – Technical

Overview The Facilities Project Manager – Technical serves as the senior technical authority for assigned projects and is responsible for ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet operational requirements, project expectations, and applicable codes and standards. As a Facilities Project Manager – Technical, you’ll support technical decision‑making, coordinate with designers and builders, and help drive designs from concept through construction. This role is ideal for early‑career engineers looking to grow quickly into technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate engineering support across structural, mechanical, electrical, and waterfront disciplines. Act as the key technical link between engineering, planning, and third party shipyard construction teams. Support design reviews to verify constructibility and compliance with standards. Maintain configuration control, documentation, and design history throughout the project. Work directly with ocean asset operators and end‑users to ensure requirements are captured and delivered. Assist in verifying that as‑built configurations meet approved design intent.
