- $350k Base Salary (Negotiable DOE)
- $40,000 Sign on Bonus
- $20k Retention Bonus Years 2-5
- $10,000 Relocation assistance

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)- Open to New grads and or experienced
- MD/DO
- BE/BC
