Responsibilities duties include full scope of practice as a family physician providing care to patients within the eastern zone and participating in call the physician will be responsible to the zone department head of family practice for their professional responsibilities and quality of practice and will operate within the Medical Staff Bylaws of the Nova Scotia Health Authority Nursing Home coverage Urgent Treatment Centre Optional: Community Hospitalist Program (CHP) at Strait Richmond Hospital Expected Hours F/T or P/T hours available Physicians provide 24 hour call coverage at the St. Anne Centre for the Urgent Treatment Centre and Nursing Home on a shared schedule Remuneration Remuneration type is either Longitudinal Family Medicine payment model or a Fee for Service payment model.
