Position Overview
Join a large Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) as part of a collaborative primary care team dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare. The role involves outpatient family medicine services, caring for a diverse patient population with an average of 16-20 patients daily in 20-minute appointments. The integrated care model includes behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and care coordination support. Physicians will participate in approximately six weeks of phone-only call annually. Visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B) is available.

Responsibilities & Benefits

- Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule

- Salary is commensurate with experience, complemented by health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and generous PTO (29 days)
- Medical degree and board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine
