Role: Family Medicine Physician
Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered primary care with flexible practice options, including outpatient and inpatient care, while maintaining quality and relationship-driven care with extended appointment times. Support a collaborative team using EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation, and potentially perform procedures based on interests.
Key Duties: Manage an average of 18–20 patient visits daily, focus on quality care, and collaborate with a dedicated on-site care team and referral network. Contribute to an integrated care model that minimizes administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills: Board certification in Family Medicine, strong clinical skills, adaptability to flexible practice settings, and interest in procedures optional. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
Additional Information: Full-time schedule with 36 patient-facing hours, no call requirements, optional shifts in walk-in or emergency medicine, and a competitive salary with productivity incentives.
