Role: Family Medicine Physician
Responsibilities: Provide 100% outpatient primary care with a focus on patient relationships and clinical excellence. Manage approximately 18-20 patients daily in a collaborative, team-based environment supported by APPs and clinical staff. Handle minimal phone-only call, with optional neonatal call, supported by nurse triage. Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule, ensuring work-life balance.
Qualifications & Skills: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine; new graduates encouraged to apply. Ability to sponsor H1b visas is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Compensation & Benefits: $325K base salary plus production incentives, $25K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and 34 days of PTO in the first year. Benefits include CME support, licensure assistance, and comprehensive health coverage.
