Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing healthcare organization in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to find a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician. Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible shifts (4x10 hour shifts or 3x12 hour shifts) | No call responsibilities Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) | Friday: (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual wellness exams, and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans and manage ongoing patient care Perform routine in-office procedures as appropriate Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyles Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff Build and maintain a strong patient panel while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care What We Are Looking For Education, Certifications and Experience MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active New Mexico medical license or ability to obtain licensure DEA registration (or ability to obtain) ; Current BLS certification 3-5 years of previous Family Medicine experience preferred Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred Additional Skills & Requirements Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment Comfortable working with varying daily patient volumes (Avg of approx. 5 procedures/day) What You Can Expect Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation assistance (negotiable) Full employed physician benefits package Opportunity to build and grow your patient panel If you're looking for a rewarding Family Medicine opportunity where you can make a lasting impact while enjoying an outstanding quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
