Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in the East Granby Area, Connecticut.

Build lasting relationships with children and adults in an established Primary Care practice. A dedicated Medical Assistant, coordinated specialty access, and modern documentation tools support your day-to-day care.

Overview

• Location: East Granby Area, Connecticut
  
• Specialty: Family Medicine
  
• Work Schedule: Full-time weekdays with a four-day workweek option
  
• Call Schedule: Phone-only call, averaging approximately two weekends per year and one weeknight about every two months
  
• Compensation: Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped incentive bonus

• EMR/EHR: Epic, Dragon, and Ambient AI
  

What You Can Expect

• Clinical Scope: Preventive, acute, and chronic care from birth through adulthood; no Obstetrics
  
• Support Staff / Resources: Dedicated Medical Assistant and nursing support, with access to Behavioral Health, high-risk nurse care management, Social Work, and specialty referrals
  
• Practice Setting: Office-based outpatient Primary Care
  
• Teaching: Optional teaching with a faculty appointment
  
• Technology: Patient portal, self-scheduling, and secure clinical communication tools
  
• Development: Mentorship and orientation for physicians entering the practice, with continuing education and leadership development opportunities
  
• Practice Options: One represented option also considers BE/BC Medicine-Pediatrics physicians; Family Medicine physicians are eligible for both represented options
  

Requirements

• MD or DO
  
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
  
• One represented practice option also considers Board Eligible or Board Certified Medicine-Pediatrics physicians
  
• Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility
  
• Current CV required
