We are seeking Primary Care Physicians for outpatient clinics in various Florida locations, including Panama City, Ocala, The Villages, Daytona Beach, and Kissimmee.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive, preventative, and value-based care to Medicare Advantage senior patients, with a focus on fewer patient visits (12-15 daily), smaller panel sizes, and high-quality service. Physicians will conduct well visits, proactive outreach, same-day urgent care, and transitional care management, all within outpatient settings using state-of-the-art facilities.
Qualifications include a Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), Florida medical license, DEA certification, and current CPR (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Experience with EMR systems, ICD-10 coding, and STAR measures is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
Key duties involve delivering patient-centered care, managing complex cases, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Benefits feature a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, relocation assistance, paid time off, malpractice insurance, health/dental/vision coverage, 401K, CME reimbursement, and no hospital work. Candidates should be committed to high-quality outcomes and patient care.
