Job Description
Job Title: Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Location: Adams County, IL (45 minutes south of Richfield, Illinois)
Employment Type: Full-Time

- Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, or both.
- Salary: Based on MGMA standards and experience level.

Requirements
- Completion of a US Residency Program in Family Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
