F&B Manager for VVIP Private Estate (High Package)

Department: Food & Beverage / Private Hospitality

Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality, including management experience

About the Role:

Oversee food and beverage operations within an ultra-luxury hospitality and private household environment, delivering exceptional personalized service.

· Oversee daily food and beverage operations and service standards.

· Supervise, train and evaluate butlers, waitresses and service personnel.

· Coordinate formal dining, private events and VIP functions.

· Manage table settings, fine dining etiquette and guest preferences.

· Liaise with chefs on menus, dietary requirements and service timing.

· Monitor inventory, tableware, supplies and operational readiness.

· Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct.

Requirements:

· Experience in five-star hotels, luxury resorts, VIP hospitality or private estates.

· Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

· Knowledge of international fine dining etiquette and VIP protocols.

· Excellent English, immaculate grooming and flexible availability.

· Royal household or high-profile guest experience is an advantage.

· Basic salary: AED 11,000 - 25,000 (based on experience)
