Female Lagree & Mat Pilates Instructor | Kuwait

Fit Staff Recruitment Agency is recruiting on behalf of our client, a high-end studio in Kuwait, for an experienced Female Lagree & Mat Pilates Instructor.

About the Role:

You will deliver engaging Lagree and Mat Pilates sessions while contributing to the studio’s welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience. Beyond teaching, you will support instructor development, wellness events and the day-to-day coordination of studio activities.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead group classes daily across Lagree, Mat Pilates and other modalities aligned with your qualifications.

- Develop creative, effective class programmes with clear coaching, appropriate modifications and a strong focus on technique.

- Build lasting client relationships and encourage a strong sense of community.

- Support studio culture and wellness rituals.

- Lead instructor training sessions, trial classes and teaching assessments.

- Evaluate teaching techniques, class structure and delivery to maintain consistent standards.

- Mentor new and existing instructors and assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.

- Participate in seasonal workshops, wellness events and brand collaborations, with additional earning opportunities.

- Assist with class scheduling, instructor coordination and studio operations where required.

- Bring fresh ideas to enhance class offerings, client retention and studio growth.

- Optional: Deliver personal training sessions on a commission basis.

What We’re Looking For:

- Recognised certifications in both Lagree and Mat Pilates, with practical teaching experience.

- Ideally 3-5 years of experience within the Pilates, fitness or wellness industry.

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, strength training and class programming.

- Experience teaching group and private sessions to clients of different abilities.

- Experience in instructor mentoring, training and teaching assessments.

- Previous involvement in workshops, wellness activations or community events.

- An understanding of studio operations, wellness trends and client experience.

- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

- A proactive, creative approach and confidence working independently and within a team.

- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait, or be based locally and available for full-time employment.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Monthly salary: 850 KWD, based on experience and certifications.

- Visa and relocation support provided, including a one-way flight for international hires.

- Accommodation allowance available if needed.

- Additional class payments: 20 KWD per class taught beyond the regular schedule.

- Personal training commission: 20% on PT sessions.
