About the Role

Cutting edge 2nm and beyond FEOL process development.

Expertise

Proven expertise in at least one of the following semiconductor processes: Wafer Cleaning, CMP(Chemical Mechanical Planarization), Ion Implantation, Thermal Processing, or Deposition. You will lead technology developments with collaboration between external tool equipment / material suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Device Integration, Process Integration, TEG Layout Design, and Manufacturing Engineering groups.

Language skill

Japanese JLPT：N2 level, or an equivalent level of language proficiency.

職務概要

2nm世代およびそれ以降の最先端FEOL（Front End of Line）プロセス開発を担当していただきます。

専門知識・経験

以下の半導体プロセス分野のうち、少なくとも1つにおいて実証された専門知識および経験を有する方。

• ウェハ洗浄（Wafer Cleaning）
• CMP（Chemical Mechanical Planarization：化学機械研磨）
• イオン注入（Ion Implantation）
• 熱処理プロセス（Thermal Processing）
• 成膜プロセス（Deposition）

本ポジションでは、半導体製造装置メーカーや材料サプライヤーなどの外部パートナー、および以下の社内部門と連携しながら、技術開発を主導していただきます。

• デバイスインテグレーション（Device Integration）
• プロセスインテグレーション（Process Integration）
• TEGレイアウト設計（TEG Layout Design）
• 生産技術（Manufacturing Engineering）

上記いずれかの技術分野において高い専門性を有する方のご応募を歓迎します。

語学力

• 日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2相当以上の日本語力
