About the Role We’re looking for driven, curious, and ambitious individuals early in their careers to join our Field Force team as Field Sales Executives. While a background in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial, this is not mandatory. If you’re highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited about working in a sales-driven environment, we strongly encourage you to apply. As a front-line brand advocate, you’ll work directly with retailers, from independent stores and vape shops to multi-site operators, helping them understand, promote, and successfully sell our products. What You’ll Do Build strong, lasting relationships with retailers within your territory Educate and support customers on PMI’s innovative, smoke-free products Deliver in-store training and execute impactful product activations Identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales performance Collaborate with your team to develop creative sales strategies Act as the voice of the retailer, feeding insights back to the business Who We’re Looking For We’re especially keen to hear from recent graduates and early-career professionals who are: Passionate about building a career in sales, business, or field operations Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Comfortable working independently and managing their own territory Curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment Most importantly we value attitude, energy, and potential over experience.
