Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join an expanding finance team at a venture capital firm, working closely with the Head of Finance. You will oversee fund finance operations and lead the rollout of an AI-enabled fund administration platform, helping build efficient workflows across multiple funds.

What You'll Do

• Manage fund accounting, LP reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead the implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate recurring finance workflows and build systems to reduce manual work.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio work.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, or investment fund audit.

• Fluency in capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong interest in finance workflow automation.

• Experience with Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, or Airtable.

• A bachelor's degree from a top-ranked university and an interest in deep tech, science, or impact.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
