Investment Associate

About the Role

Join an investment team at an early-stage technology venture capital firm. You will help identify and evaluate promising companies, work with founders and investors, and support portfolio companies across multiple stages of growth.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the founder and investment team on opportunities from seed through growth and later-stage special purpose vehicles.

• Support portfolio companies in enterprise sales conversations and help advance important customer relationships.

• Work on substantial co-investments alongside institutional investors.

• Develop sourcing strategies, help keep the investment team organized, and build relationships with founders.

• Provide hands-on support to founders, adapting to the needs of their businesses.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 1 to 10 or more years of relevant experience.

• Strong financial modeling and investment analysis skills, with experience conducting detailed technical and market due diligence.

• Experience at a leading venture capital firm, high-growth startup, investment bank, or management consulting firm.

• A degree from a highly selective university.

• Experience working directly with or supporting company founders.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
